Change the Font of Header on Comment Page

I am using a Google font called cherry cream soda size 70 on both the home and about pages on the header of my blog, but I notice when I am logged out and on the site and choose to make a comment, another page loads that does not have the aforementioned formatting. How can I change this? Thank you for any help that you can offer.
