Content After persists with Search bar

I cannot remove the Search from showing in the “Content After” location. I do not have any widget activated in that position, or any search widget activated at all. I’m also fairly certain I did not activate this block at all so I cannot find anywhere to remove it. I should just have the footer below the main image. help please 🙂
