Background tint ok on desktop; not showing on phone

    We’ve noticed that the colored tint behind the main picture looks perfectly fine on the desktop; however, it doesn’t appear on a mobile platform. This makes the white lettering difficult to read and pops out the logo more than we desire. Is there something we’re not doing or a setting that is not checked?
