I am using Nirvana with almost no customization. I used Custom CSS to change the location of the site title and description. I set some colors and the Presentation page is Disabled.

My problem is in Layout settings. I have set the Content Margins> Padding Left/Right to 100px, WITH a boxed layout, but the Padding does not change from what appears to be about 10px.

I have looked carefully, so I sure hope this does not turn out to be an embarrassing oversight on my part :>)

Content Margins> Padding Left/Right options apply to the content area, not the header elements. The header has separate content spacing options (under the Header settings) but try to avoid using too large values as these will cause issues with responsiveness.
