    Toucan

    Good morning.

    I have a small issue.
I do not know if it could be corrected by Tempora or if it is the WordPress system the origin of my issue.

If I use a mobile device to access my website (Iphone, Android phone with chrome, ipad, etc…) I do not have my website displayed the same if I tap “www.toucan.photo” or “toucan.photo”

If I tap “www.toucan.photo” in the URL bar I can navigate throughout a mobile device interface. This is my target.
If I tap “toucan.photo” in the URL bar, I have to navigate throughout the “regular” interface, the one designed for laptop or desktop computers.

Is it fixable by Tempora, I would like to have the mobile version of my website in mobile device, even if i tap “toucan.photo” in the URL bar.

toucan.photo appears to be loading http://www.toucan.photo/en through an iframe. It’s this iframe that may be interfering with your device’s responsive functionality.

toucan.photo should be configured to redirect to the correct address, not use a workaround to display a duplicate of the site.
