I knowbthis had been asked before, but how do you put the menu underneath the header image in Septera? (Using nirvana is no option).

If that is really impossible, then a second solution might be using the menu bar height in percentages and not in units. To make your themes more responsive this would be better anyway I guess. Replacing all units with percentages.

There is no built-in functionality to reverse the order of the header image and menu area.
