Hi. I’ve made customizations to the theme that I see as I make them in the ‘appearance’ tab, but none of it shows up in preview or the published site. It shows the stock image and unformatted headers instead. What am I missing?

Did you ‘save’ the customizations? Are you perhaps using a caching plugin? (which prevents the changes from happening instantly on the frontend – although it shouldn’t apply in the customize screen)

Also, a link to the site could prove useful.
