I noticed on the following Nirvana Theme demo that “contact” and “About” are visible in the top right corner. What settings do I use to achieve this on my site? http://demos.cryoutcreations.eu/wordpress/nirvana/

That is the theme’s top menu navigation area, which is part of the top bar functionality (which needs to be activated for the top menu to be displayed).
