Mantra 2.3.4 still breathes

Yes, it is still alive! Despite such a long break in releases (the longest break yet), Mantra still has some breaths left.

One of these breaths is the 2.3.4 update, bringing the eagerly awaited (and fiercely requested) social icons bugfix (bug kindly bundled by yours truly with the previous update).

Changelog:

  • fixed the social icons (unable to disable) bug introduced in 2.3.3
  • corrected the meta show/hide options not working for custom post types (pointed out by tkemmere)
  • corrected content editor (html .mceContentBody) width to properly use the configured site width instead of an arbitrary number
  • improved handling of empty site title and/or description (will no longer display a single dash in the browser title)
  • updated French translation

Mantra is a clean, highly customizable and totally free WordPress theme. For more info check out the theme's page.

  2. Thank you so much for Mantra…it has been so easy to work with and I love it!!

One quick question: My site is not allowing other sites to pull info from it. For example, if I try to pin something on Pinterest, I get the error “Oops! Sorry we could not fetch the image.” Or via CommentLuv, I get the error “Error. Parsing JSON Request failed. error! not authorized a876a46356.”

Is there some setting within the theme that I need to change. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find anything. Thank you so much for your help!

  3. Hi, I have the impression that the embedded media from youtube style mobile poorly run – displays to be high relative to the width of the field players, which are black big bands at the top and bottom.

    Mobile displays about 4 inches
