Please search the plugin developer’s site for this type of info. It is not theme related. Anyway, as it states in the very link you gave us:

Open wp-content/themes//index.php
You may place it in archive.php, single.php, post.php or page.php also.
Find:
Add Anywhere Below It (The Place You Want The Views To Show):
