I’m having an issue with the Tempera theme that I installed on my wordpress site in 2014, visual composer no longer works and I need to use it to update the site. I believe it is no longer the most up to date version. I was told that the theme creator needs to update it but I’m not sure how you’d be able to do that since the site is hosted behind a university firewall on the ucsd.edu server. Please advise on how I can update visual composer, I can put people in touch with the university IT if needed.
