I created new post in theme mantra and I put there a table (using editor),
but the theme shows this table with enormous width (full page cross sidebar).
Width of this table is 1200 px
and I am not able to reduce the width of table.
I have tried to change many CSS parameters regarding table, but without success.
What can I do ?
If I switch my site to the simple theme “twenty twelve”, everything is OK,
but I would like to use the theme Mantra
Can you help me?

Same problem here. Did you find a solution ?

The theme does not impose a particular size on the tables, so make sure you don’t have static width set for the post in your page/post source (this usually happens if you copy it from somewhere else).

I have also been having this problem and I’m afraid I don’t quite understand the solution. My tables are far too wide. How would I go about making sure that static width is not set?

While editing the page/post switch to Text mode and make sure the <table> tag has no width=”…” or style=”width: …” values set.
