Primary Navigation breaks with more than 95 pages?

    Hi,

I am developing a Website for a company that does Photo-books.
They have numerous products and feature each on it’s own page.
I’m using the Primary Navigation in the Tempera theme for purely the products, but as soon as I add the 96th page, the drop-down functionality of the menu stops working. How do I fix this as they will be adding new pages on a weekly basis? The main pages will remain static, but the sub-menu pages will be changing and growing a lot.

    Please help?

    Hi!

Could you show us a link to your site? Also, did you try switching themes and see if the same happens? I think this may not be theme related.

I’m having the same problem as Gideon, although I have 53 pages and 28 custom sub items so far, I will need to add a lot more though. The moment I add another page the Primary Navigation tick box becomes un-ticked and the menu gets messed up with items moving around and disappearing at the bottom of the menu. If it helps I could send a link to the site and give you a login.

    Kind regards, Martin Craig.

Update: I deleted the “Primary Navigation” and rebuilt it. It failed again, but I did manage to get a few more pages added before it did. I also tried two other “cryoutcreations” themes to see if I get the same result, I did unfortunately.

Could it be the navigation editor causing the problem, is there is a way to circumvent it?

    Hi Martin,

Did you also try switching to a Twenty-something theme? Try it and let us know.
