Your mobile menu works fine for me on Android Chrome/Firefox. What device are you seeing the issue on?

on chrome / firefox on pc when I reduce the window and even on Android. if I click on this menu, it opens and closes by itself, only the second click opens well

Sounds like JavaScript interference.
Temporarily disable all your plugins and check if the issue no longer manifests, then re-enable them one by one until the issue reappears to confirm which plugin is causing it.
