we are building a site that has no Primary menu, and thus to avoid the automatic display of a main menu bar, we created an empty menu that we intend to leave unpopulated — this works fine for the desktop variant, but when in mobile view, the Hamburger is still displayed, and this should not occur.

possible to fix?

If you don’t intend to use the main menu at all, you can hide the mobile placeholder with:

body #nav-toggle {
    display: none;
}
