Internet Explorer displays the page incorrectly. The header image is missing on some pages. The page tabs and some images are missing but partly appears when hovering the cursor over them.
Everything works fine in Firefox but not in IE11.
How can this be fixed?

I cannot replicate this. Are you using any particular sub-version of IE 11 (on a particular version of Windows) or are you seeing this on any IE 11 and on all Windowses?
